First I used a piece of my own Bazzill Avalanche card stock as the base and cut several strips of the patterned paper. I cut some at 2” and several at 1.5” and cut them to 8” or 9” long. I then distressed the edges of each piece.
Randomly place each piece across the middle of the page, overlapping and staggering each piece to suit.
Once happy with your arrangement you can add punched strips to layer up. I used a ledger punch and used both the offcut and the punched out piece in a piece of my own black cardstock. You could sew or stamp if preferred.
I then embellished using pieces from the kit and I added 49 and Market flowers together with a title and foam stickers from the Cool Girl Thickers pack.
Finally I added lots of little Vicki Boutin Where to Next puffy sticker hearts around the page.
