All orders are usually dispatched the same or next day (except for Saturdays) unless there are circumstances beyond our control eg post office closures, public holidays etc.

Orders will be shipped according to the delivery method selected at checkout. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent TRACKED48 unless 1st class (TRACKED24) shipping is selected and paid for. TRACKED24 (1ST CLASS) delivery is £5.25, TRACKED48 (2ND CLASS) is £4.30.

Europe and Rest of World
We have a standard charge that is determined by the highest average for parcels. Once we compile your order, we calculate the shipping cost for each specific parcel and typically refund any overpayment. If the amount paid does not fully cover the shipping costs, we will send an invoice for the remaining balance, so please keep an eye on your email, including your spam folder, in the days following your order.
For Europe Only:
Starting from July 1, 2026, an additional fee of €3 per item type will be required for every order entering the European Union. This means that whether you purchase 1 paper or 10 papers, you will incur an extra €3 charge after the standard shipping cost. However, if you buy 1 paper and 1 die cut, you will be charged €6, as these are considered two different items. Consequently, we have increased our shipping cost deposit to account for this additional charge. But keep in mind that if the amount paid does not cover the shipping we will invoice you for the remaining amount.
Customs duties may be applicable at destination and The Mad Scrapper is not responsible for these charges.
Unfortunately we can no longer ship to the USA due to the tariffs and customs forms required.
Returns
If you change your mind we will accept returns within 14 days of the date of dispatch - please contact us before returning your goods so we are aware they are coming back. Ensure you get proof of posting from the post office in case the parcel goes missing, return postage is to be paid by the person returning the goods.
Goods will only be accepted if they are unopened, unused and in a completely re-saleable condition, this will be determined by us upon receipt.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders will be dispatched in a strictly first-come, first served order; if we sell out quickly, a queue system will be adopted and when more stock is received we will continue to dispatch orders.
When placing pre orders please be aware that there are no guarantees for their date of arrival. We will of course get them to you as soon as they are available to us, but we are not responsible for delays from our suppliers that are beyond our control. Please contact us if you need an estimated date of arrival - our products come from all over the world, some as far away as Australia so they could take some time to arrive.
As a guide, products from The Dusty Attic, for example, can take 3-6 weeks as they are cut to order and come from Australia.
If your order contains both in stock items and pre-ordered items, we will ship your whole order when we have it all in stock. If you would like your order shipped differently please place 2 orders or contact us to arrange this - you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.
