Time Spent With You by KERRY MCINALLY

For this layout I used a 4x5 photo.  I began by gutting the Fig Swirl cardstock and mounting a trimmed, 11.5 x 11.5, piece of the Bark cardstock onto it.  I used the left over piece of Fig Swirl cardstock to back  my photo and then backed again with a scrap of black cardstock from my own stash.
I cut three rectangles, a 7x5.5 piece from the ‘Special Day’ patterned paper, and then two further pieces which were left over from the ‘Grateful’ patterned paper, one measuring 3.5 inches wide and one measuring 2.5 inches wide.  I folded the ends to meet and trimmed at an angle to create three tags.  I used a hole punch to create the tag holes.

I positioned the larger tag so the point faced downwards and layered the other two behind at the top.  I cut a 1 inch strip of the Special Day paper which I distressed and glued to the far right.
Next I attached my photo towards the middle of the large tag, which I had raised up onto foam.  I cut three clocks and the grateful banner from the Traditions paper and layered these behind the bottom right of the large tag.

I found some cork swirls in my own stash and positioned these in the top left and bottom right corners.  Then I added the floral pieces provided in the kit to the top left of the large tag and bottom right.  I added some ribbon from my own stash to the tag holes and a camera also cut from the Traditions paper.
Finally I used some alphas from my stash to add the title, ‘Time Spent with You’.

The mad scrapper has a huge selection of ribbons and chipboard embellishments.
