Take the Forget Me Not sheet and fussy cut the bottom semi circle of flowers. Put to one side.
Take the Bazzill Coconut Swirl card stock and use Tim Holtz Distress Oxide in Broken China and use the packaging technique to create a large semi circle to the left. Extend the Broken China ink towards the right hand side. 
Layer elements from the 49 and Market Curator's Essentials set and the Serenity Ephemera Bits to create the photo cluster. Mat the photo on the Bazzill Dusk card. Add to the other elements. 
Take the fussy cut floral spray and tuck it under the photo cluster adding foam pads under some of the petals to raise them. Add more bits from the Serenity pack and add add flowers from the 49 and Market Tidal Wave laser cut elements to create a circle around the photo. 
Add a title using the letters and finish off with the adhesive expressions from the kit. I also added a decorative pin from my own stash.
