February Scrapaholix project 3 by Louise Crosbie

Hi there.

Well, I am still working my way through the papers etc that were included in the February Scrapaholix kit.
Today I am sharing a couple of really easy cards. Pretty much 90% made from the kit with just a few additions from my craft stash.
The first is a Valentine card for my husband and the second is to send to a friend during lockdown. I am trying to connect with as many of my friends as I can one way or another while I can’t actually visit them. I thought it might be nice to get a card in the post just to let them know they are missed and someone is thinking of them.
That could lead to an awful lot of cards so I may quickly resort to emails and phone texts again lol.
I utilised the text on the strip at the bottom of the papers again as it’s name is so topical.
Other than the papers, lace and card from the kit, all I have added are the paper doll people, a little dab of ink and small embellishment touches with the pearls and chipboard circles.
I still have some paper and card left so I will probably get another project done.
That’s a layout, two cards, and a canvas so far. Seems to have been super value.
I have not even started on the sheet with the self adhesive alphabet letters on it yet... but I have stained them all with distress ink in readiness.
Thanks for reading.
