APRIL by KAREN MOSS
Today, I have another layout which documents my crafting endeavours - this time for April. Again, I have used Starlight Dreams, from 49 and Market. I was sceptical about this range when I chose it but it has fast become one of my all time favourites!
I only had one remaining piece of 12" x 12" paper left and wanted to make a double layout as I needed to be able to have 17 photos on my page.
As, when making most of my double layouts, I used washi tape on the back of two pieces of cardstock to hold them together, side by side.
I then cut my remaining piece of patterned paper in half, vertically, and added to the far left and far right of the two pieces of cardstock. I used washi tape stirps, manufacturers strips and the strip with cherubs on, from the paper pack packaging to run across the middle of the two sheets of cardstock. I then cut the two pieces apart.
Next I cut all the squares, illustrating the various papers, from the paper pack packaging and arranged these, together with a couple of additional ones cut from scraps left over, and arranged across the top of my page and added my photos and journaling.
I used two wing die-cuts from the laser cut pack in the middle if my page and used a stencil (from my own supplies) to add a little interest at the far left and far right.
I finished with a few wishing bubble stars and butterflies.
