Snowflake Kisses by KERRY MCINALLY

For this layout I used two 3x4 photos of my daughter many years ago in her Christmas nativity where she played a snowflake.  I backed the photos using the Stonehenge card stock and then some scraps left over from the journalling cards.  I distressed the edges.  I used the Snow Day patterned paper as my background paper.

I used some scraps left over from previous layouts , I mixed these with some lace laser cut pieces from the Moonlit Garden collection by 49 and Market, this was from my own stash.

I used another lace piece at the top of the photos.

I also used a rub on piece from the same collection which says Little Moments, I didn’t realise that I’d moved this whilst rubbing so it didn’t come out perfectly, but I think it gives it a worn vintage look, at least that’s what I’m saying!
Next I used a snowflake punch to make some snowflakes using scraps of paper again and arranged these around my layout.
Then I used the snow angel sticker and adhered it to some white card, I punched this out with a 1 inch circle punch and used an epoxy flair cover, from my own stash, to make a flair button.  I used some coordinating dusky pink thread which I scrunched up to the left of the photos and then put the flair on top, along with another embellishment from my stash.
Finally I used the Snowflake Kisses foam sticker and ‘Love this most of all’ stickers on my photos before scattering a few sequins.
