London Card by SHARON NETTLESHIP

London Card by SHARON NETTLESHIP

Hi I've just about used up most of my August kit and add on kit but I had enough left to make this card. I thought it could be to send to someone who is taking a city break to London, to wish them a good trip.
To start with I had a 6x6 blank, white card and layered it up with the blackbird card, just cutting it a bit smaller. I then used the circle paper to make another smaller layer. I adhered both of these to the blank card.
I then cut out pieces I had left from the one of the papers and the cut apart sheet. Again I layered them with the blackbird card from the kit.
The card looked a bit plain so I added some embellishments. I used the Roughly sewn rub ons to add some detail to the top right and bottom left. I love these rub ons they are so easy to use and rub on like a dream.
Using the black contour paint I added some little dots to the other corners.
And finally I added some art pebbles to the taxi's headlights and the word "enjoy" from the cut apart sheet.
A lovely quick card made with leftovers from the August kit and add on kit.

Ooh I’m sure this would be taken with them as a thoughtful gift. X
