Good Vibes

I have loved the July kit so much that I had to squeeze in a 3rd project. From jet skiing to tadpoles to good vibes the Scrapaholix July kit is so versatile.

I started off by applying clear gesso to my white cardstock background. I then used distress oxides and a stamp from an older Vicki Boutin collection, which matched the Make Your Mark pattern paper perfectly to create a mixed media background.

Once it was dry I decided to come in with black ink and a few smaller circles to create a contrast as well as to bring a bit of black into the background.

I tore strips from the Make Your Mark A and B side pattern paper and the Garden Variety B side (both pattern papers are from the Main kit) , and the Sweet Talk pattern paper B side which is from the Add-on Kit. I placed them slightly off-centre onto my mixed media background.
