Wanderlust

I taught a class, recently, where the focus was on using different sized photographs.  I had forgotten how much I love large photos being the focal point of a layout and so ordered several more A4 photos to scrap.  This one is of our daughter and her husband, when they were on honeymoon a couple of years ago.

I started with a piece of 49 and Market, Wherever Foundation Paper 4 and added some map rub-ons from a pack of Wherever Fly Rub-Ons.

Next I brushed the edges with some Art Alchemy Metallique White Paint.

I placed my photo on the left of my page and added an acrylic title (from my own supplies).

I made a vertical cluster down the right side of my photo using film strips from the 49 and Market Wherever Acetate assortment pack along with stamps from the Wherever postage washi tape roll, die-cuts from Wherever Mini Laser Cuts, butterflies from the Wherever washi sticker roll and a little row of houses from the Everywhere washi sticker roll.

To finish, a small cluster of Mini Laser Cuts was placed at the bottom right of my page.

Supplies used
