Time for Fun - Mini Folio by KAREN MOSS

I saw a version of this on Pinterest and thought it would be a fun project to make . It only used one 12 x 12 piece of paper for the base - I have used Botanical Chronicles Ledger paper and two 12" x 4" strips for the photo mats.

I started by cutting a 9" square from the paper and cut and scored as the sketch below. I used a border punch to create some lace and added to the edges of my folio and glued the flaps in place.

My title was fussy cut from a sheet of Notebook Paper and I added this, with a small doily and two pieces from the Botanical Chronicles Creative Cuts.

I trimmed 4" from the bottom of a piece of Illustrated Foliage and then cut this into four 3" x 4" sections, rounded the corners and inked the edges, these were added to the three pockets and the centre panel. I then cut three 3" x 4" rectangles from Nature's Palette, rounded the corners and added to the undecorated pages. To finish I have used die-cuts, from a Mintay Ephemera pack and two butterflies from my own supplies.
