Outdoor Life by KAREN MOSS

One of the places we went to, on our recent adventures, was Chirk Castle. This was a beautiful National Trust castle and grounds and the perfect place for the dogs and a toddler to run around. Whilst we were in the woods, we came across a stunning patch of snowdrops which were the perfect backdrop for the photo on this layout.
I started by trimming 1/8" from all four sides of a piece of Herbarium Silvae paper and mounting onto a piece of black card. As I wanted to keep the information about the castle and grounds, I made a pocket to place it in and added this to my page.

My photo was also mounted onto a piece of black card and added to my page over the pocket.

I finished my page with clusters made from die-cuts, taken from the Junk Journal pad and ephemera pack and pieces cut from the washi pad, I didn't remove these from their backing as I wanted them to stand out.

My acrylic title and owls were from my own supplies.

Supplies used:
Herbarium Silvae Ephemera
Herbarium Silvae Backgrounds Pad 12"X12"
