June Month in Five by KAREN MOSS

In June we were lucky to spend so much time with our family 'Up North' and also so lucky to have many photos sent from their holiday in Greece! Having a daughter who understands my need for everything to be photographed really helps!
The inspiration for this double page came from a sketch I saw on Pinterest but I cannot find it now. I started with a sheet of Tea and Tranquility Daydream and a sheet of Afternoon Breeze. These both were trimmed to 11 1/2" squares and then cut in half. I added one of each, horizontally, to a piece of white card and the remaining two, vertically to another piece of white card.

All of the tags were cut from a sheet of Garden Sanctuary paper and arranged some below the horizontal striped paper and some to the right of the vertical striped paper. The joins were covered with a branding strip from the bottom of the papers.

After adding my five photos I used die-cuts from Mintay's Art Journaling Ephemera Shabby Chic pack and various word strips and butterflies from my own supplies.
