This is a photo of my older brother, looking deceptively angelic. I can say, without a shadow of doubt, that in fact he was the naughtiest child I have ever known. So inventive with his ideas and got me into more scrapes than I care to remember - including telling me to get into a cement mixer and turning it on, encouraging me to jump out of a window into a pile of sand and purposely tipping me off a homemade raft into a pond. I wouldn't have changed a thing because, thanks to him, my childhood was filled with adventures. I would also add that he didn't change one bit in later life!

I started this layout by using the reverse of the front cover of a piece of 12 x 12 Toast paper. I trimmed 1/4" from each side and used a brick stencil an some transparent texture paste mixed with Vintage Photo ink to add some 'masculine' interest to the page. Next, I flicked some bronze paint all over the paper.

This was then added to a piece of Toast Paper 1 (I did gut a 1" frame so as not to waste any of this paper).

As I have used a frame with stitching on I used 49 and Market Roughly Sewn Rub-Ons around the edge of my page and also added two rub-on stars to two tags (from my own supplies).

I made a cluster using some pieces from Vintage Artistry Naturalist Bookplates and some tags.

To this I added another small tag, and a ticket (both from my own supplies), some Toast Acetate Leaves, my photo and some cork tags (own supplies). The cork letters I used for my title were also from some very old stash.
