Halloween Tombstone by LOUISE CROSBIE

Halloween Tombstone by LOUISE CROSBIE

Hi there.
I’m back with another project using my new house mould. However, since making this and the star from my last project, I’ve discovered the lovely mould has been discontinued. 😱
I’d like to point out a cool substitute for you’re looking to make something similar. The Dusty Attic have a lovely set of little chipboard houses designed by Nuneka Box with similar shapes and variety. You can put together a configuration that suits the theme of the project. I’ll add a link for those in the supply list.
So I picked up a couple of these tomb stone shaped blanks with the intention of doing something with them. That was a while ago now lol. So I’ve finally gone ahead and used one.
The tree is cast from a Prima marketing mould which Janine can likely order for you if there’s none in stock. Failing that, I’d point you to The Dusty Attic stock again. They have various suitable trees.
I’ve taken the photos before allowing my effect paste to dry so it looks milky at the bottom. That will dry in clear eventually and leave just the flakes of mica and glitter showing.
I’m going to go put it with my altered papier-mâché pumpkins.
