Hello!

I am up today on The Mad Scrapper Blog  with this holiday layout from summer 2023.

I have used beautiful papers from Maja Design along with some 49 and Market embellishments. To start with I took a sheet of blue and gutted out the centre as I only needed a 1/4 inch showing and on to that I added a trimmed down sheet of a vacation/beach theme paper but not before I ripped out a couple of small sections tucking a little scrap of heart paper. Then I added the b side to the sneaker paper with a tiny brown mat keeping it all tonal. All edges as always are distressed.

Then choosing my photos I decided to to mat them also on brown to pop them off the blue, I also added a thin piece of card under for definition. Are you like me and save my cornflake boxes just for that job?

Before I started adding my embellishments I added several rub-ons around the page most of which get covered up but I know they are there. I chose flowers from 49 and Market along with chipboard pieces - a full list can be found below. The cameras I have fussy cut from a full 12inch page of them.

I used a scrap piece of Maja paper to make my journal tag and tucked under other chipboards from the Serenity collection 

I decided to use this luggage label as my title today, that is a rub-on there above it. To finish I added some Nuvo drops in denim.
