First take the blue card and gut the centre leaving a 1” frame. Cut the Coconut Swirl card down to 11” and mount on the blue frame.

Using Dina Wakley Acrylic pain in Night I splatted two diagonal large area top right and bottom left. When dry I added more splatters using the same paints in Ancient and Magenta from my own stash. You could use colours to coordinate with your photo as I did.
I then used a Tim Holtz layering stencil to create two striped areas over the splatters using the magenta paint.
When completely dry I cut a large circle of the blue spotty paper approx 9” in diameter and added that in the centre of the page.
I then cut two elements of the Fine Day paper and used one as the tools, top right, and the alongside the photo that I had mounted on the blue card. I then adhered this with foam pads on the bottom left.
I fussy cut several stars from the Grateful sheet and punched two of the circles from the cut apart sheet together with a strip of washi from my stash and created two clusters with some of the ephemera from the kit.
I also made a wax seal using the Plurielles of Wax.
I finished off with magenta sequins from my stash accenting the colours in my photo.
