Heart & Soul by KAREN MOSS

When our daughter sent me this photo of her and our grandson, I absolutely fell in love with it.  I had ordered some Uniquely Creative - Boho Soul papers and embellishments and the blues of this range were perfect.

I started by using my Silhouette with a sketch font and pen to write the border (a quote I had found on line and saved for just such a page).

I then trimmed down a piece of Brave Spirit paper to fit inside my border.  I used a heart stencil and some white pearlised paint to add some texture at the top of my page.

My photo was added, on foam pads so I could tuck embellishments underneath it, and I used the 'heart & soul' title from the Dimensional Sticker pack on the top left of the photo.

On the left of my photo I made a cluster using tags and elements from the pack of Creative Cuts.

To finish, I used to vellum scalloped pieces from Gypsy Heart Vellum Pack, which went perfectly with the Boho Soul papers on the left and bottom of my photo.  I was delighted when I discovered that the vellum pieces are self adhesive so stuck down perfectly without any glue showing.

I used vellum flowers and leaves to add a little cluster to the top right of my photo.
